If this is your first order,refer to our wholesale journal for color and placesetting ideas.Our minimum starting order is $500.There is no minimum on special orders or reorders.First orders are prepay,then net 30 with good credit.

We make each piece to order,so please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.As we get into the fall and holiday season,lead times may lengthen.We are usually booked up for christmas by mid-october.If you have a special store event that you would like to have your r.wood dishes for,please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

All shipments are via u.p.s. ground,unless otherwise discussed.Please call 706-613-8525 if you have specific needs. all overseas shipments are sent via the u.s. post office.

If anything arrives broken or you have any questions about your order.Please call us at 706-613-8525, monday - friday from 9a.m. - 4 p.m. we will replace or offer store credit for any broken pottery.
